Public Health England has released a new set of resources designed to support secondary schools with a range of issues including cyberbullying, online stress, and body image in a digital world.
PHE is the government department devoted to improving health and wellbeing, and reducing health inequalities. Their new materials have been developed to promote resilience among young people aged 11 to 16 in England. The resource, Rise Above for Schools, deals with:
- Bullying and cyberbullying
- Positive relationships
- Exam stress
- Online stress
- Body image in a digital world.
